We wanted to give you a little insight into how this video was created to help you better understand the experience. When Joann arrived, I began by interviewing her. The majority of the audio you hear throughout the video is from that initial interview. After our chat, Joann proceeded with the sound bath. The visual footage and some of the accompanying audio capture this part of the session. Our goal for this video is twofold: it's designed to be educational, showing you exactly how a sound bath for cats works, and it also offers a glimpse into the experience and how my own cat, Charlie, responded. While Joann was conducting the sound bath, we had some brief conversations; however, the continuous dialogue you hear is from our pre-sound bath interview. Joann recommends a quiet environment during a sound bath to allow for full immersion in the experience. While this video offers a glimpse into sound bath therapy, please note that the audio you hear may differ from the live experience. This is due to how recording devices pick up the subtle Hz and frequencies of the instruments. The live session, and even a Zoom call, might offer a different auditory perception. 2. Hi Reader, Hope you and your kitties are doing very well. Today, July 23rd, is Charlie's 16th Birthday! We will go outside today and do whatever else he is interested in doing - which is mostly sleeping, eating cheats (treats), or going back outside. That pretty much sums up his day.
