Hope you and your kitties are doing very well.

Today, July 23rd, is Charlie's 16th Birthday! We will go outside today and do whatever else he is interested in doing - which is mostly sleeping, eating cheats (treats), or going back outside. That pretty much sums up his day.

He is doing well, and I am working with a homeopath in the UK to address his kidney issues now, after we successfully treated the liver flukes that were affecting his digestion. Homeopathy is a remarkable medicine, and I wish it were better known in the USA. I strongly believe that I was meant to pursue it further - a gift that Trigg left me with to discover. I have used it for years to help with acute problems, but working with a professional homeopath has led me to see the benefits of seeing it used on chronic issues. Luckily, Charlie is a willing participant on this journey.

Charlie had a few mats on his stomach again - even though I had removed the majority of his winter coat shedding earlier this summer, he had developed two new mats. I just reach for these clippers because they are so easy - and I don't run the risk of cutting his skin (which I have done!).
