Hi Reader, Christmas will always remind me of my Rags. We got him right before Christmas, but also because he LOVED the Christmas tree and would sleep under it for hours. He was never naughty about destroying it, either. And he loved wrapping paper, bags, all the crinkly tissue paper, and more. And since I was off school, I had more time with him. And since you're inside most of the winter, I also seemed more focused on him then. But I just loved sitting on the couch with him while opening my stocking. Even his very last Christmas, I took him to my parents' house for Christmas morning so he could be there. He died the March after that Christmas in 2008. I didn't get a new video up on Sunday - a longer-form one, anyway. I publish just the short-form ones daily and sometimes twice daily now. Don't forget to enter our two giveaways this month!
So this week's video is actually a short video that I think should have gotten more traction than it did, so sharing it again. This past week's shorts - I always appreciate a view and a comment if you have time!

Hi Reader, How are you? I am looking to do more interviews with veterinarians, holistic or integrative ones. What subject matters would you like to have covered? This week's interview is with Dr. Anna Maria Wolf, a holistic veterinarian out of the PNW. We discussed Feline Hyperesthesia Syndrome - which is what Charlie had three years ago that I (with the guidance of a holistic practitioner) was able to get under control and it's now in remission. It's important to me to get these talks out...
Hi Reader, I have been sending these emails out monthly because readers love the reminder. I love these deals and definitely take advantage of them every time they come out. They used to be monthly, but now they are not as frequent. Do you know about the Chewy deal? Free $30 eGift Card with $100 purchase with code HAVEFUN. And what's really cool is that you can do the deal 3x every time - they vary, though, when it's available. And there are limitations on what they include for this....
Hi Reader, As I prepare this newsletter, I am watching Starfish on Amazon Prime. The film depicts the devastating impact of sepsis on a family. Tom Ray contracts a life-threatening condition, which results in him losing his limbs and having severe facial disfigurement. It portrays the couple's struggle to cope with this sudden and drastic life change. It has reminded me of how many things I take for granted daily. April 12 was a full moon, and our pollen is crazy high (FYI -...
