Charlie keeps seeking out grounding on his own accord. Here's what I love about Charlie's attraction to the grounding mat - he has no skin in the game. He didn't read some newsletter. He didn't see an ad on social media and wondered if it worked. He found the mat on my bed, got on it and realized it did something in his body. And he continues to return to it for a few hours a day to get the benefits. Meaning, it's not his mind telling him it is supposed to help with inflammation or calming you down, he just returns to it because it does this for him. I don't put him on it, and he literally only spends an hour or two on it a day and then he lays in all his regular places the rest of the time. This was on Monday night:

Minutes later, he stretched all out - showing me his body was releasing tension (and his eyes are wondering why I am hovering above him with a camera).

​Saving Bees after Our Tree Limb Fell​

After the terrifying tree crash and bee swarm that Charlie and I survived, I wanted to share the incredible rescue mission that followed. This new video documents how Jesse, a local beekeeper, spent over three hours meticulously extracting the feral honeybee hive from the broken tree limb in my yard. You will get to see him carefully cut the honeycomb to fit into transport boxes and use a custom-made vacuum to gently collect the remaining bees out of the wood's crevices. He successfully moved tens of thousands of bees to his property, ultimately migrating them to a safe new hive. It was a beautiful experience to witness, and my suggestion is to check out the video if you want to see exactly how humane bee removal works!
