Hi Reader, I got away to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area this past weekend (I very rarely leave town because of all the Charlie issues I have had in the last 3 years, and it's also one of the reasons you see me supporting all the products I do that have helped to get him better). My mom is a huge Kansas City Royals' fan and has always wanted to attend Spring Training in Surprise, AZ. If you're a baseball fan and have never gone, I highly suggest it. Such a lovely area of the country, and just a very wild thing to see so many different baseball fans all in the same place. I genuinely wish we could have stayed longer - as it was a whirlwind of a trip. I was grateful that Charlie was doing well enough for me to feel comfortable leaving him. I am also very grateful to Carolyn (my excellent cat sitter), and my sister who looked after him so that I could travel again. I mentioned last week that I was very fortunate to have HelloFresh sponsor a video - I made this video for another channel of mine - which gives you more of an idea of how the meals are, and how you put them together. If you're interested, please go here and use my code POGHF151114, to receive 10 free meals + free breakfast for life! One breakfast item per box while subscription is active if you’re in the US. The link and code are valid in all countries and the respective local discount will apply. If you try it - please let me know what you think! I truly loved all my meals - the tacos being my favorite. Michael Habicht asked me to be on his podcast to talk about fleas with Pam of Purrrfectly Holistic. If you're interested, here's the link: 🐾 Fleas Driving You CRAZY? I didn't think it would be possible after our negative temperatures, but I was fooled again. So I had to do my vacuuming, etc. routine, and decided I should probably make a video of what I do to tackle them naturally. Everything I mention in the video is in the video's description on YouTube. 2. LearnRagdoll Cat: Breed Information, Pros & Cons, and Everything You Should KnowThe Ragdoll cat is a large, color-pointed cat breed known for going floppy when picked up, hence why they got the name “ragdoll.” They are known for their laid-back personalities, semi-long coats, blue eyes, and more. 3. ShopWorld's Best Cat Scratcher - The Original Scratch LoungeI haven't met a cat yet that doesn't like this thing. They can scratch, lounge and rub their pheromones all over this thing. I love that all the cardboard and claw sheddings are collected within the box, so super easy to vacuum up or just dump out. Also, once the scratcher has been really well used, you can just flip over the corrugated cardboard inserts and use the other side - so it's like getting two in one. 4. MeetBradley – Ragdoll of the Week"After we got this cute little 12-week-old kitten, our family fell in love with him. My husband wanted to name him Bradley because that was his mother's maiden name. I wanted to name him after a war hero and a SEAL team member named Al Ashton, who had just passed away and was our great friend. Well, we also wanted to add Morgan to the name because that was the name of Bradley’s father. So we chose the name Bradley Al Morgan." |

Hi Reader, I hope your week is going well. I went to Orlando last week to Global Pet Expo and was very excited to meet Julie Anne Lee of Adored Beast Apothecary. I didn't know she would be there, and it was quite fun to meet her after all the interviews we have done (I think we have done four?). After spending time with her in person, I love her even more. I loved the show's first day; I was so excited about everything. However, as I got into the second day, I started to get sad about all the...
Hi Reader, Hope your week is going really well. By the time you get this email, I will be at Global Pet Expo in Orlando, Florida. I have ALWAYS wanted to go, but haven't been able to get away because of Charlie or Trigg's needs/health, finances etc. Charlie is stable enough, so I am able to travel. My mom and sister are also in town, so if the cat sitter has any trouble, I know they are around to help out. However, I feel terrible when he is alone, especially with Trigg gone. Do you have a...
