Hi Reader, Hope you're having a good week. Last week was very sad here in Kansas City - there was a shooting at the Super Bowl Parade. One person died (a mom), several people were injured, and nine children (two of those children were the children of the mom who was killed) were hurt, too. It was and is beyond infuriating, devastating, and awful all at once. It was a horrible end to what should have been a wonderful celebration. I am incredibly sad for the victims, their families, and everyone near the tragedy. I am totally brokenhearted for all those who had to experience this and for the next generation of kids who have to grow up with gun violence. Normally, I wouldn't address something like this in a newsletter for Floppycats - however, last week, I mentioned the Parade, so I felt I needed to address it. Gun violence has to stop in the USA - and we need to follow Australia's lead because they figured it out years ago. Moving on to cat stuff...
