You can do the deal 3x. So this is what my mom did. She stocked up on Whole Life treats for her dog - since they are freeze-dried, they have a long shelf life. She ordered 3 individual orders, a little over $100 each. After those orders shipped, those gift cards were automatically added to her Chewy account. She then used that $90 on her next order.
