Freezing in KC + Homeopathy for Cats & Izzy the Floppycat of the Week 😻

Hi Reader,

It's pretty cold in Kansas City right now (15F or -9.4C) - as I type this, I feel how cold my toes are. I hope you're staying warm wherever you are.

I started working with a homeopath out of the UK for Charlie - I have always felt there is something we are missing. And I believe strongly that Trigg's parting gift was for me to look more into homeopathy for cats - that's why you have seen all those recent interviews about it. A friend of mine that I met through the Feline Hyperesthesia Group on Facebook told me about the homeopath we are using. She has seen a lot of success with her cat with it. Homeopathy is a strange one to wrap your mind around if you are used to more conventional healing methods. I spent an hour on a Zoom call with the homeopath, which was an opportunity for him to learn more about Charlie and ask a bazillion questions. Based on those answers and his analysis, he recommended a remedy to start with - and I gave it to Charlie two times a day for 3 days, and then I am to observe him for a month. The dosing just ended on Saturday, so we are only a few days into the observation period, and I am grateful to be doing this in winter.

Homeopathy has really helped acutely with Charlie, so I am hoping homeopathy will help Charlie chronically as well. Adored Beast has a lot of information on their website about homeopathy for cats, or you can listen to my interviews too if you're interested in learning more:

This past week's shorts - I always appreciate a view and a comment if you have time!

Are you on YouTube? I'd love for you to join us there if you are.

Peace, love, and purrs,

Jenny

Hi Reader, I hope your week is going well. I went to Orlando last week to Global Pet Expo and was very excited to meet Julie Anne Lee of Adored Beast Apothecary. I didn't know she would be there, and it was quite fun to meet her after all the interviews we have done (I think we have done four?). After spending time with her in person, I love her even more. I loved the show's first day; I was so excited about everything. However, as I got into the second day, I started to get sad about all the...

Hi Reader, Hope your week is going really well. By the time you get this email, I will be at Global Pet Expo in Orlando, Florida. I have ALWAYS wanted to go, but haven't been able to get away because of Charlie or Trigg's needs/health, finances etc. Charlie is stable enough, so I am able to travel. My mom and sister are also in town, so if the cat sitter has any trouble, I know they are around to help out. However, I feel terrible when he is alone, especially with Trigg gone. Do you have a...
