Hi Reader, Hope you and your kitty(ies) are doing well. Charlie is doing well and enjoys snow, so he can go out front and even into the street at midnight when there is no traffic. This is a special treat he is afforded only when it snows quite a bit. It's usually 1-2x a season. He knows it is going to happen too, and starts meowing at the door when he knows I am going out to shovel the snow. Blows my mind that he will be 17 this year and still wants to go out in that mess. Tell me about your kitty struggles and how Floppycats might be able to help. This week's video shows me water vacuuming my couch after our last flea infestation - that I came home to after being out of town - what fun! But on the flip side, it got me to deep clean my furniture with my HYLA water vacuum. I am always amazed at what is lurking in our furniture, carpets, etc. Hope you enjoy. Peace, love, and purrs, Jenny 1. WatchSlurping Up the Scuzz: Hyla Water Vacuum ASMRDealing with the aftermath of a flea infestation is stressful, but the cleanup is incredibly therapeutic. Watch (and listen!) as I use the Hyla water vacuum to pull out every last bit of debris from my couch. Stick around for the end as I prep to remove the couch skirt for a fresh, modern look. It’s gross, it’s satisfying, and it’s finally flea-free!

CatchRocfish Durable Interactive Cat Toys for Indoor Cats Have you tried one of these for your kitty? I am curious if they would tire of them after awhile or not. The Rocfish Smart Automatic Cat Chase Ball is an interactive toy designed to keep indoor cats active, featuring 360° unpredictable movements and an intelligent obstacle-avoidance system. It features three play modes, a wave-textured silicone surface for smooth rolling on carpets, and an upgraded "speedy tail" feather to trigger natural hunting instincts. ThinkToxic Air Fresheners and Cats Many popular air fresheners, particularly plug-ins and sprays, contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and phthalates that can be highly toxic to cats through inhalation or ingestion during grooming. Exposure to these chemicals can lead to immediate symptoms like coughing, vomiting, and lethargy, or contribute to chronic conditions such as feline asthma and organ damage. To keep your home safe and smelling fresh, try natural alternatives such as cat-friendly herbs, air purifiers, and regular litter box maintenance. 5. MeetAjax – Ragdoll of the Week"Hi, my name is Rebecca and this is my Ajax. Two years ago I had a mental break down that left me suffering panic attacks and anxiety. I was living alone at the time and decided to get a furry companion to help me cope. My family had never had cats before but my landlord wouldn’t allow anything bigger. So I began to research breeds of cats. I was really looking for something that would be fun, loving and good company. A lady I knew had a Ragdoll and having never heard of this breed before I went crazy on google and decided this was the cat for me. In my searching I came across Floppycats and it really gave a lot of useful information and advice." Want to submit your kitty to be featured? See our simple submission guidelines here. |

Hi Reader, Hope you are doing well. Have you checked out this month's giveaway, Meow Mobile? What do you think? Not something I thought I would ever be asking you: "Are you happy with your phone carrier? And if you are, would you be happier if you got rewards for being their customer?" That's Meow Mobile's concept - it runs on the AT&T network, and you get free 24/7 vet access as a perk! So if you're already with AT&T, it seems like a no-brainer to me. Hi Reader, Hope you are doing well. Happy April Fool's Day! Have you ever played an April Fool's prank? I have seen a few from manufacturers and have thought of doing one for Floppycats, but have never quite figured out what to do that wouldn't cause problems and lots of emails. I finally finished the Kidney Chek video - so grateful to my Aunt, cousin, my sister, and my mom for helping me get all the pets done and filmed for this! It truly is one heck of a review with so many pets =). No joke...
Hi Reader, Hope you are doing well. Charlie saw Dr. Stella, the chiropractor, again last week - there were no Chuckie appearances, however. I’m constantly refilling my Clearly Filtered Water Pitcher—usually 2–3 times a day. I love how it pulls chemicals out of our tap water, keeping things as clean as possible for Charlie and me. Given the kidney cat status, the cleaner the water filtering through them, the better. You can check out my full video review here to see why it’s a staple in our...
